• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Services related to financial recordkeeping and reporting.
We may update, modify, or add new services at any time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Service Agreements and Payments

Refund Policy

At Aims Services, we strive to provide high-quality back-office services and ensure that our clients are satisfied with the work we deliver. We are committed to fulfilling the tasks and services agreed upon within the designated time period. However, we understand that there may be situations where a client might need a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds based on the services provided.

1. Payment Terms

Clients may choose to pay for services on a monthly or yearly basis, as agreed upon in the service contract or agreement. Payment for services will be due at the beginning of each billing period unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

• Monthly Payment: Payments are due on a monthly basis.
• Yearly Payment: Payments are due upfront for the full year.

Refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances of the service cancellation or dissatisfaction.

2. Service Commitment

At Aims Services, we are committed to delivering the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframes. Our goal is to provide efficient, high-quality services to meet your needs.

• If we fail to meet the agreed deadlines or deliverables for the services within the time period, clients may be eligible for a refund or compensation, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:

• No Service Provided: If we have not yet started or provided the agreed-upon services during a specific billing period, clients may be eligible for a full refund for that billing period.

• Partial Service Provided: If some services have been provided but are deemed unsatisfactory or incomplete, the client may be entitled to a partial refund for the period during which services were not adequately provided. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering the scope of work delivered.

• Service Dissatisfaction: If the client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they should notify Aims Services within 3 days of the service delivery. We will review the issue, and if we find that the service was not delivered according to the agreed standards or timelines, we will offer a refund or rework the services at no additional cost.

• Cancellation by Client: If the client wishes to cancel the services, the refund will be calculated based on the payment terms:

   o Monthly Plans: Clients can cancel services at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the ongoing month, and the next month’s payment (if
applicable) will be refunded.

   o Yearly Plans: If the client cancels the yearly service before the completion of the year, they may be entitled to a prorated refund based on the remaining months of the contract. For example, if six months have passed, the client
will receive a refund for the remaining six months.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

• Setup Fees: Any one-time setup fees or charges for initial consultations are nonrefundable once the service has commenced.
• Third-Party Costs: Any costs paid to third parties on behalf of the client (such as software subscriptions, tools, or other services) are non-refundable.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must contact us in writing (via email or the contact form on our website) with the following information:
• Client name
• Service(s) involved
• Reason for requesting a refund
• Relevant dates (service start, service completion, or cancellation date) Once the request is received, we will review the issue and respond within 2 business days.

6. Refund Process

If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. If the client paid via a yearly plan, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining time of service.

7. Amendments to the Refund Policy

Aims Services reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” By continuing to use our services, you agree to the revised terms.
